Kicking Off An Amazing Charity Partnership

Posted: 7th December 2017

Carole Roe, Director of Cashflow Bridge, has accepted the position of Trustee for the charity, Kicking Off.

As the ‘right team player’ for the charity, Carole is well known in the financial services industry for her drive, passion, integrity, honesty and power to get things done! So, in order to ‘get the ball rolling’ she’s just donated £1,000 to this good cause and Cashflow Bridge has matched this and so Kicking Off has received £2,000 today.

As a result, Cashflow Bridge is delighted to announce it has also become a Corporate Partner of the UK based charity.

Kicking Off, an inspirational charity organisation, run by a group of dedicated volunteers, brings the ‘beautiful game’ to fans in deprived countries; all with the aim of helping and inspiring disadvantaged children and young people.

Fund-raising and Donations
As a corporate partner, Cashflow Bridge will be donating a percentage of its remuneration from each and every loan it secures in 2018. What’s more, as part of their continued fund-raising efforts it is hoping that many lenders - with whom Cashflow Bridge place business with - can also support Kicking Off by making a small donation when business is placed through their facility.

Community Spirit
Currently, with an emphasis on those communities in Ghana, Kicking Off cleverly draws in trust and co-operation through the power of football – the world’s biggest sport.

Through a variety of competitive matches between villages the games allow aid workers in, with access to communities.

As a result, this opens up a wealth of opportunity for support programmes and development schemes – all with the backing and enthusiasm from the communities which might normally be more withdrawn and wary of Western help.

The Kicking Off aid projects bring children, young people and their families into education, health awareness matters and a number of other important issues that will not only benefit them, but also improve the lives of the entire kinship.

Kicking Off funds a number of projects, with both long and short term goals – all with the aim of improving the lives and future of those living there.

Whilst Kicking Off is still a relatively new, and as such small, charitable organisation, it has HUGE plans for the future.

In fact, as part of its 2018 strategy it is looking to increase its number of corporate partners.
